Senior Sales Consultant - Real Estate

About the role

IMARAT, a private property development group with subsidiaries in the UK and Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant based in DHA, Rawalpindi. The consultant engages prospective clients, presents properties and guides customers through the sales cycle from first inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and conduct site visits to properties.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IMARAT's projects and market trends.
• Provide ongoing customer service, respond to client queries and coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
• Support training of new team members and take part in sales meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong real estate sales track record, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid knowledge of the local market and property development concepts.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle queries professionally.
• Comfortable working on-site, including frequent client meetings and property visits in Rawalpindi and nearby areas.
• Previous real estate or property development sales experience preferred; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to deliver or take part in training on sales techniques, product knowledge or customer handling.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
