Senior Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to join our GWM Creek showroom in Korangi Creek, Karachi. You will be responsible for driving automotive sales, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering a premium buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Generate, manage and convert customer leads.
• Maintain disciplined CRM and follow‑up practices.
• Welcome customers, understand vehicle requirements and conduct professional presentations and test drives.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and confirmed sales, and follow through from booking to delivery.
• Build long‑term relationships, generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required profile

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and CRM usage.
• Energetic, ambitious and performance‑oriented.
