Senior Sales Executive – POS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell Point of Sale (POS) solutions to retail chains, food & beverage businesses, and other commercial clients in Lahore. The role blends indoor sales coordination with regular outdoor client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and approach potential customers such as retail chains, restaurants, cafés and other F&B businesses.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable POS products, features and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and technical/support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B technology or POS sales, preferably with retail chains or F&B businesses.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to conduct regular outdoor meetings and client visits in addition to indoor sales activities.
