Senior Sales Manager

About the role

REDA Chemicals is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth of its Animal Nutrition & Health business in Pakistan. The role involves building strategic relationships with feed mills, poultry producers, and animal farms, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the animal nutrition and health ingredients market.
• Identify and engage target customers, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Educate customers through product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for product development.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track activities, and report key performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture or related fields.
• 10-12 years of experience selling ingredients to feed mills, poultry and animal farms.
• Strong knowledge of the animal nutrition market, feed formulation, and agriculture industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
