About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Spectrum Campaign. The role focuses on closing sales, handling customer inquiries, and delivering excellent service during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and present Spectrum services.
- Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Handle objections and turn leads into successful conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
- Motivated, target‑driven, and able to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM).
- Experience in telecom, cable, internet, or similar campaigns is a plus.
