About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in React to develop front‑end web client applications across multiple platforms. The role involves ensuring functionality, security, performance, and bug‑free delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and estimate tasks.
• Write code and unit tests, aiming for at least 90% coverage.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain version control.
• Optimize code for security and performance.
• Maintain systems, fix issues, and update issue tracking tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Research new technologies and evaluate candidates for open positions.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible, versatile attitude with the ability to influence team members.
