Senior Specialist – Rider Payments & Incentives

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, results‑driven Senior Specialist to shape rider payment and incentive strategies across 16 markets. You will bridge business objectives with on‑the‑ground operations, using data‑driven insights to improve rider earnings, fleet satisfaction, and overall logistics performance while maintaining financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and govern rider payment and incentive models, ensuring consistency across markets with local adaptations.
• Monitor financial impact, cost‑per‑order trends, and align incentives with profitability targets.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and actionable recommendations.
• Lead regional rollout of data‑science models and automation tools for rider payments.
• Introduce innovative techniques such as dynamic pricing, surge models, and quest incentives.
• Collaborate with Delivery Hero’s Central Product team to shape payment‑related features.
• Partner with operations, finance, product, and local logistics teams to implement refined incentive structures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in performance‑driven roles.
• Experience designing and scaling incentive or pricing models in a multi‑market environment.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
