Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives. In this role you will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and networking.
• Post job ads and ensure maximum visibility across channels.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and virtual interviews, and assess qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain interview records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, generate weekly/monthly reports and monitor KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Promote employer branding through social media, job fairs, university drives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Detail‑oriented with solid record‑keeping and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with compliance and hiring policies.
