Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Troxis is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across technical and corporate functions. The role focuses on building strategic talent pipelines, strengthening the employer brand, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience to support rapid company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, business objectives, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical, creative, corporate, and leadership positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and conduct market mapping and competitor talent analysis.
• Create engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities via LinkedIn, social media, university partnerships, and recruitment events.
• Provide recruitment analytics, hiring updates, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and modern sourcing techniques.
• Ability to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit, and organizational values.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
