Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Botmer International is looking for a senior professional to lead talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives on a full‑time remote basis. You will shape HR strategy, drive recruitment, and foster an inclusive culture for a fast‑growing AI‑native staffing company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Advise leadership on best HR practices and policy updates.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and DEI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
• Design and execute programs to boost employee engagement and retention.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and leadership coaching efforts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in technology or global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or HR certification a plus.
• Proven expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and DEI initiatives.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote‑first setting and use collaboration tools effectively.
