Senior Territory Sales Manager – Multan

About the role

The Senior Territory Sales Manager will lead a field sales team in Multan, executing Mondelēz International’s sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs for the assigned territory. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive activation, reporting and growth of our snacking portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they receive required training.
• Create and execute an annual business plan to meet channel revenue targets and KPI commitments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑industry execution of product categories.
• Coordinate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance teams to optimise returns across the territory.
• Utilise category insights and tools to coach the team in influencing customer decisions and growing market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within FMCG or consumer‑goods markets, preferably with knowledge of routes‑to‑market in Pakistan.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and perseverance in meeting targets.
