Senior Visit Visa Consultant

About the role

Gulf Star Services is looking for an experienced Senior Visit Visa Consultant to join its Karachi team. You will assess client profiles, recommend suitable visa options, and ensure applications are prepared accurately for destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, Australia and more.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand travel purpose, financial profile and visa requirements.
• Assess applicant profiles, identify documentation gaps and potential risks.
• Prepare and review visa application forms, cover letters, travel histories and supporting documents.
• Guide clients on required financial, employment and travel evidence.
• Coordinate with documentation, sales and visa processing teams to manage cases efficiently.
• Keep clients informed about progress, appointments and procedural updates.
• Stay updated on visa policy changes and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in visit‑visa consultancy covering multiple international destinations.
• Strong knowledge of international visa requirements and application procedures.
• Excellent client consultation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail and customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with online visa application portals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
