SEO, AI & AEO Expert (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking SEO, AI & AEO Expert to lead our organic search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms. Working night shifts, you will blend search expertise with AI knowledge to boost visibility on Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and other answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies for the website.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content‑gap audits.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, site architecture, crawl health, and indexation.
• Lead link‑building and digital PR campaigns.
• Optimize content for AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice results and other zero‑click formats.
• Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) to improve eligibility across answer engines.
• Track and grow visibility on generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing Copilot.
• Build an entity‑based SEO strategy grounded in knowledge‑graph principles.
• Partner with content writers to produce E‑E‑A‑T‑aligned, authoritative content and topic clusters.
• Define KPIs for organic, AI‑referenced, and zero‑click channels; report performance using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data).
• Track record of winning featured snippets, AI Overviews and zero‑click results.
• Strong understanding of NLP, entity SEO and how large language models surface content.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
