SEO Executive

About the role

A digital marketing agency is looking for a skilled, result-driven SEO Executive. You will help achieve SEO objectives, measure the success of SEO and its ROI, and optimize clients' websites to improve their search engine rankings and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to find on-page SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and run optimization strategies to improve organic rankings, including keyword research, meta tag and header tag optimization, and URL structuring.
• Work with content writers so SEO best practices are built into high-quality, keyword-rich content.
• Analyze keywords and research target keywords and phrases for content optimization.
• Optimize content such as landing pages, blog posts and product pages to improve visibility and engagement.
• Monitor site performance with SEO tools and report regularly on key metrics.
• Keep up with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes, and conduct competitor analysis to recommend strategies.
• Work with the development team to implement on-page SEO recommendations and fix technical SEO issues.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with website auditing tools and ability to spot technical SEO issues.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude.
