SEO & Growth Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO & Growth Assistant to help drive organic performance for its eCommerce platforms. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving website visibility, and contributing to growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Support content improvements to boost search performance.
• Monitor website metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building efforts.
• Help manage site structure, product pages, and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyze performance data and produce actionable reports.
• Stay current on SEO trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Clear written communication and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bonus experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center, or Canva.
