SEO Specialist (Local, On-Page, Off-Page & Technical)

About the role

Rizing Metrics is hiring a full-time, onsite SEO Specialist in Johar Town, Lahore, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role covers Local, On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, managing complete SEO campaigns for several client websites to improve rankings, organic traffic and website authority.

Key responsibilities

• Local SEO: optimize Google Business Profiles, develop local keyword strategies, build and maintain local citations with consistent NAP, optimize location pages and service-area listings, manage online reviews and analyze local competitors.
• On-page SEO: keyword research, search-intent and content gap analysis; optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and alt text; improve internal linking and site structure; implement schema markup and structured data.
• Off-page SEO: white-hat link-building, outreach and relationship building, backlink audits, competitor backlink analysis, guest posting and digital PR, monitoring backlink growth and referring domains.
• Technical SEO: technical audits, fixing crawling, indexing, canonicalization and redirect issues, optimizing sitemaps, robots.txt and site architecture, monitoring Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile usability, collaborating with developers.
• Strategy and analytics: build SEO strategies aligned with client goals, run competitor analysis, track rankings, traffic, conversions and backlinks, prepare regular performance reports using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of practical SEO experience.
• Strong command of Local, On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, with hands-on experience with Google Business Profile and Google Maps optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver measurable results.
• Preferred: experience with international clients (especially the US market), previous agency work, and a track record of improving organic traffic and local visibility.

Required skills

• Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Basic understanding of HTML, schema markup, indexing, crawling and website architecture.
• White-hat SEO practices and Google Search Essentials.
