Shift Engineer - AM Production (UPVC/WPC)

About the role

Buraq UPVC Profiles, which manufactures durable UPVC window and door systems and WPC doors, is hiring a Shift Engineer for its Rawat Rawalpindi facility. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing production during assigned shifts, keeping workflows smooth, equipment reliable and production targets met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and implement production plans
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate shift reports and support continuous improvement across UPVC and WPC production lines

Required profile

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or process industries (uPVC, WPC, pipes extruders, etc.), preferably in UPVC/WPC systems
• Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Chemical Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering, or a related technical field, preferred
• Ability to work in shift-based schedules and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
