Shopify Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Store Manager to take full ownership of our online store. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, driving growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities including product uploads, inventory, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing to improve conversion.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Track store analytics, generate KPI reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations.
• Design and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Shopify store management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify admin, apps, and theme customization.
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take full ownership of the store.
