Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Ibex. is seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability and scalability of its Kubernetes‑based platforms. You will work across on‑premise and cloud environments, driving automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes using GitLab and Docker.
• Configure and automate environments on on‑prem Kubernetes, AWS EKS, VMware, Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, storage (Open EBS) and logging stacks (ELK).
• Develop automation with Ansible, Puppet, Terraform and custom scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Support migration of monolithic applications to micro‑services on Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain Grafana dashboards for observability and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (both on‑prem and cloud) and containerization with Docker.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Solid background in infrastructure automation and IaC tools.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex operational problems.
