Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Social Media Manager to grow our brand’s presence across key platforms. You will create and schedule engaging content that showcases our services, tours, and customer experiences while fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather visual and written assets.
• Publish, schedule, and monitor posts on all major platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track performance metrics, generate basic reports, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Support creative direction for visuals and collaborate with designers or photographers as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and optimization.
• Experience crafting content strategies and writing compelling copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for audience engagement and internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
