Social Media Manager

About the role

NeXDev Solutions, a web design and development agency serving clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Dubai, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its Instagram and LinkedIn presence. This full‑time role will operate on a night‑shift schedule to align with international client time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, creating and scheduling original content.
• Engage daily with followers and handle community management.
• Conduct outreach through direct messages and prospecting to generate leads.
• Track performance, send end‑of‑day updates and analyse what content works best.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve overall social media performance.

Required profile

• Intermediate professional experience managing social media platforms.
• Independent thinker who takes ownership of tasks.
• Strong, original content sense without relying on AI templates.
• Eager to learn, reliable, communicative and results‑driven.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Excellent written English.
• Proven experience with social media outreach and lead generation (DMs, prospecting).
• Comfortable using content scheduling and analytics tools.
