Social Media Manager

About the role

Innovairrs Power is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence. You will create and publish engaging content across key platforms, helping the company build brand awareness and connect with industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with product launches and events.
• Write, edit and schedule posts for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X and others.
• Coordinate visual assets with designers and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership to align social campaigns with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing social media for B2B or sustainability‑focused brands.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft audience‑appropriate messaging.
• Understanding of renewable energy, sustainability or industrial markets is a plus.
