Social Media Manager

About the role

IGTMS is looking for a full-time, remote Social Media Manager who reports to the Creative Lead. The role turns approved footage, frameworks, client wins and founder conversations into platform-native content that attracts the right attention and moves qualified interest toward the next step. It is open globally, with a 9:30 AM ET daily huddle.

Key responsibilities

• Write hooks, captions, titles, descriptions and posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X.
• Schedule and publish approved content with the right format, cover, tags, links and application path.
• Release approved podcast episodes with accurate descriptions and clips.
• Track reach, engagement, profile visits, application clicks, qualified conversations and booked calls.
• Respond to comments and messages daily and hand warm leads to the booking team with context.
• Support the founder community with useful Skool posts and discussion prompts alongside the founders.
• Protect the distinct voice and offer of IGTMS, its founders, the transformation and the Down Market Product.

Required profile

• Experience running accounts, showing where they started, where they ended and what was changed.
• Strong written English and the ability to write clean, direct copy quickly.
• Proof that engagement turned into conversations, calls or sales for a business.
• Ability to organize across three brands, distinct offers and one calendar with clear handoffs.

Required skills

• Platform fluency across formats, lengths, publishing tools and native analytics.
• A practical workflow for using AI to draft, repurpose and analyze content without outsourcing judgment.
