Social Media Manager – Lead Brand Engagement

About the role

As a Social Media Manager you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies that strengthen our brand presence and engage target audiences across multiple platforms. You will manage a team, collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams, and drive creative content that supports overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive social media strategies.
• Define, track and report on key social media performance indicators.
• Create, curate and schedule visual and written content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Monitor SEO, user engagement and optimise content based on analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales and product development.
• Maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to expand network.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and copywriting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
