Social Media, Marketing and Content Manager

About the role

Shehla Chatoor, a luxury haute couture brand founded in Karachi in 1995, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media, Marketing and Content Manager for the Karachi Division. The role covers planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, creating and curating content that reflects the brand's voice and supports new collections, campaigns, events and collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate written and visual content for posts, captions and marketing materials
• Plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars, daily posting and community management
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content using SMO techniques
• Manage campaigns and coordinate with design, sales and PR teams for consistent brand messaging
• Stay up to date on digital trends and manage influencer and partner relationships
• Research fashion shoot concepts, plan and oversee their execution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with fashion shoots; experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and other design and video editing tools
• Excellent communication skills for engaging audiences and coordinating with partners and influencers
• Preferred: social media management tools, analytics platforms and basic design tools
