Social Media Specialist

About the role

SeeBiz is looking for a research-driven and strategic Social Media Specialist in Lahore to build and execute effective social media strategies. The role goes beyond creating and publishing posts: it covers audience research, trend and competitor analysis, and strategy development supporting brand awareness, audience growth, thought leadership, engagement and business objectives. The specialist works closely with content writers, designers, video editors and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, including monthly and quarterly content calendars and platform-specific plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and others
• Research industry trends, competitors, B2B brands, founders and creators; analyse high-performing content and understand target audiences
• Create content pillars and themes, and write content briefs for writers, designers and video editors
• Guide the creative team on concepts, messaging, tone, format and objectives, covering short-form videos, founder content, educational content, carousels, case studies and more
• Build a consistent brand presence and position the brand and its leadership as credible voices, including founder-led and employee-led content
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, conversions), run tests and prepare regular performance reports

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content strategy or digital marketing
• Proven experience developing social media strategies and content calendars
• Experience working with content writers, graphic designers and video editors
• Preferred: experience in technology, SaaS, AI, software or digital services

Required skills

• Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing, especially for international audiences
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other major platforms
• Strong research and competitor analysis skills
• Ability to analyse social media data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic thinking skills
