Social Media Strategist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Strategist to lead social media planning, competitor analysis, content strategy, reporting, and execution coordination for multiple client accounts. This role goes beyond basic posting, requiring data‑backed recommendations and client‑specific strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly, client‑specific social media strategies, develop content themes, campaign ideas, and posting directions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct detailed competitor research, analyze content types, posting frequency, engagement, and audience response, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars, coordinate with writers, designers, video editors, and project managers, and ensure timely delivery of client‑specific content.
• Review monthly performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate tasks in Asana or the company’s project management system, communicate blockers early, and support discipline and quality control.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of social media strategy experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and create competitor analysis reports.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and deadline‑management skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and content support.
• Ability to prepare clear performance insights and actionable recommendations.
