Social Media Team Lead

About the role

TriVA Global is looking for a Social Media Team Lead to shape and execute our social media strategy. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across multiple platforms while collaborating with a dynamic marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos.
• Monitor, respond to, and manage social media mentions and direct messages.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate with other marketing functions to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital engagement.
