Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern

About the role

Devsinc is looking for a motivated SQA Intern to gain hands‑on experience in software quality assurance. You will work alongside developers and QA professionals to help deliver reliable, high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test cases and report defects in tracking tools.
• Document and track defect life‑cycle from identification to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and verify issues.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and quality standards.
• Participate in reviews of requirements and specifications to ensure testability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC is a plus.
• Knowledge of test case design, bug reporting and defect life‑cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new tools.
