Solution Architect

About the role

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and high‑performing enterprise application solutions within the banking domain. You will lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, business goals, and technology strategy while driving modernization and innovation across banking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures for enterprise and banking applications aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Review High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) focusing on scalability, modularity, maintainability, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and modular technical solutions.
• Create architecture artifacts such as solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, deployment diagrams, integration designs, and interface contracts.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate architecture patterns, platforms, frameworks, and tools for new and existing systems.
• Define and promote reference architectures across core banking, lending, payments, CRM, ERP, and risk management domains.
• Represent the application architecture domain in governance forums and design authority reviews.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and target‑state blueprints.
• Document key architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations during design discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise solutions in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to assess impact of changes on existing systems and infrastructure.

Required skills

• Solution architecture design and documentation.
• Knowledge of core banking, lending, payments, CRM, ERP, and risk management systems.
• Experience with architecture patterns, frameworks, and integration standards.
