Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience to lead the end‑to‑end design and architecture of CRM solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Design robust data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations.
• Develop customisation and extensibility strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience with strong solution architecture background.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
