Solution Architect / PRR System Architect

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable, enterprise‑grade regulatory management platforms that support government digital transformation initiatives. You will lead the creation of cloud‑native, high‑availability solutions while ensuring compliance with international security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise‑wide system architecture and develop scalable, high‑availability solutions.
• Design cloud‑native applications using TOGAF principles, microservices, and SOA patterns.
• Architect integration layers with REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and event‑driven approaches.
• Implement security architectures aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, OWASP, encryption, IAM, audit logging, and Zero Trust.
• Ensure performance, scalability, disaster recovery, and compliance with ISO 25010 quality attributes.
• Design workflow solutions using BPMN 2.0, workflow engines, and business‑rules engines.
• Guide development governance, DevSecOps, Secure SDLC, and code‑quality practices.
• Architect database solutions covering relational, NoSQL, ACID/BASE, replication, and backup/recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably on large‑scale government systems.
• Proven expertise in TOGAF, microservices, SOA, cloud‑native design, enterprise integration, and secure architecture.
• Experience implementing ISO‑compliant architectures and supporting digital transformation projects.
