Spa Therapist

About the role

Serena Hotels is seeking a full‑time Spa Therapist to join its on‑site spa in Islamabad. You will deliver a range of professional spa treatments while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facials, massages, manicures, pedicures and other spa therapies.
• Welcome guests, conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to strict hygiene and presentation standards.
• Prepare equipment and supplies, and follow health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure excellent guest service and promote spa offerings.
• Support upselling of treatments and retail products while fostering a calm, relaxing environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in spa treatments and therapies, including facials and pedicures.
• Foundational knowledge or certification in cosmetology and beauty care practices.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in hygiene, cleanliness and professional presentation.
• Relevant diploma or certification in spa therapy, cosmetology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre or hotel environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards and respect for diverse guests and team members.
