Specialist Cash Client Services

About the role

Serve as the primary contact for Corporate & Commercial Banking clients, handling enquiries, issues and complaints while collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client and internal staff advice, enquiries, complaints and service issues.
• Build relationships with premier clients at the transactional/operational level.
• Provide high‑standard client service to improve lasting relationships.
• Work with internal stakeholders to achieve end‑to‑end query resolution and client satisfaction.
• Manage complaint logging, handling and service recovery processes.
• Comply with Money Laundering Prevention procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Adhere to escalation, compliance, internal controls, policies, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risk, due diligence and data confidentiality.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and service recovery.
