Speech Therapist – Clinical (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and provide assessment and therapy for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and communication assessments for children aged 2–16.
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate session records and progress reports.
• Communicate progress and strategies to families in clear, supportive language.
• Participate in parent‑training sessions and group programs when appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Speech Therapy from an HEC‑recognised institution (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, communication and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays is an advantage.
• Strong skills in assessment, documentation, treatment planning and individualized therapy planning.
