Store Incharge – Warehouse & Inventory Manager

About the role

The Store Incharge will lead warehouse operations for a submersible pump manufacturer in Islamabad. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely material availability for production, and overseeing safe storage practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store activities including receiving, inspection, labeling, storage and issue of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts and full stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and sales teams to guarantee availability of spare parts, raw materials and dispatch schedules.
• Control material movements, bin allocations and enforce FIFO stock rotation to minimise obsolescence.
• Supervise store staff, assign duties, monitor performance and enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock status reports for management, highlighting shortages or excesses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store or warehouse management within manufacturing or industrial parts environments.
• Strong inventory control abilities, including cycle counts, reconciliation and reporting.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout, material handling, labeling, packing and FIFO procedures.
• Basic proficiency with inventory or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Supervisory experience in staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of safety, storage and handling requirements for mechanical components and heavy parts.
