Store Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Karachi location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team of associates.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects Levi’s brand values and promotes inclusivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make data‑driven decisions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform regular store duties such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
