Store Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Store Officer to manage our on‑site warehouse at Sundar Estates. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting production through timely material issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Issue production materials using the SIN system process.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations departments.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of all materials.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor loaders and store staff activities.
• Handle official emails and communications related to store operations.
• Support internal audits and stock verification processes.
• Prepare and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and GRNs.
• Maintain proper invoice records and match them with material receiving records.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and physical stock verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑6 years of progressively responsible experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
