Strategic Aide to the Founder

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Aide to the Founder who will drive high‑priority initiatives, translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution across our financial services business. The role supports the Founder in strategic planning, business analysis and cross‑functional project coordination in a fast‑moving, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Founder with strategic planning, preparation of briefs, presentations, reports and decision documents.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving advisory, corporate finance, risk, operations and digital financial services teams.
• Track action items, milestones, dependencies and deliverables, escalating risks and delays as needed.
• Conduct market, competitor, client and industry research to inform business development and management decisions.
• Prepare concise executive summaries and meeting agendas based on accurate financial and research data.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure follow‑through on key initiatives.

• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Professional discretion in handling confidential information.
• Comfort working independently and challenging assumptions constructively.
