Strategic Community Architect

About the role

IgniteTech, a Trilogy company, is looking for a Strategic Community Architect to transform customer and brand communities into high‑performance, data‑driven ecosystems. The role blends strategic planning, platform engineering, and client enablement to boost engagement, reduce support tickets, and directly impact revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive community strategies that align business objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct discovery, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement platform configuration packages, managing staging‑to‑production transitions.
• Ensure platforms support self‑service, knowledge management, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Lead client training sessions, translating best practices into repeatable processes.
• Drive adoption and engagement across client ecosystems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience managing or architecting digital customer communities.
• Proven success with enterprise‑level ($1M+) community or client programs.
• Hands‑on experience configuring community platforms such as Discourse, Higher Logic, or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing and community analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a global, remote‑first environment.
