Stream Head Process Improvement & Management

About the role

The Stream Head Process Improvement & Management leads enterprise‑wide process transformation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions division. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation & Process Management, the role partners with senior stakeholders to redesign processes, embed intelligent automation and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a process improvement and operational excellence strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Process Improvement & Management team.
• Drive end‑to‑end business process redesign, standardisation and optimisation across the enterprise.
• Establish and maintain process governance, documentation standards and approval frameworks.
• Champion business process re‑engineering initiatives to simplify operations, improve customer journeys and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement workflow automation, system enhancements and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead AI‑enabled process transformation using Generative AI, Intelligent Process Automation, conversational AI, predictive analytics and machine learning.
• Define and monitor process KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation priorities with strategic goals.
• Manage cross‑functional transformation programmes from concept to delivery, ensuring governance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale process improvement or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in building and mentoring high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise governance, compliance and operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience driving AI‑enabled initiatives and digital automation within a complex organisation.
