Student Admissions & Engagement Executive

About the role

Edvice Education Ltd is looking for a motivated Student Admissions & Engagement Executive to join its remote team in Pakistan. The role blends university admissions processing, student counselling, lead management and social‑media support for UK university pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit applications to UK universities through official portals.
• Check student documents, identify missing information and ensure complete submissions.
• Monitor application status, university correspondence, offers and outstanding conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of students, applications and leads.
• Respond to prospective students via WhatsApp, phone, email and video calls.
• Conduct initial counselling to understand academic background, budget, course choice and career goals.
• Follow up new, existing and inactive leads, including outbound and cold calls.
• Assist in converting enquiries into consultations and applications.
• Support business‑development and partnership activities, including LinkedIn outreach.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong research, attention‑to‑detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective telephone communication and outbound calling experience.

• WhatsApp Business communication.
• Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
• Canva and CapCut (or similar video editing tools).
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook management.
• Google Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail.
• Microsoft Word and Excel.

• LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• ChatGPT and AI productivity tools.
