Student Recruitment & Admissions Intern

About the role

The internship offers hands‑on experience in student recruitment, admissions counselling and business development within an international medical education organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with student enquiries, admissions guidance and follow‑ups via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Support the admissions journey, including record‑keeping, CRM updates, and coordination of meetings, seminars, webinars and recruitment events.
• Help with outreach to schools, colleges, training centres and education consultants, and assist in preparing presentations and information packs.
• Conduct basic research on universities, education partners and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduates or final‑year university students in Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, Communication or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, confident in phone and interpersonal communication.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and willing to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
