Supervisor - Administration and Logistic Centre

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee the Administration and Logistics Centre of our wholesale stores. The role ensures smooth shop merchandising, optimal layout, and efficient customer flow while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Implement shop merchandising, layout planning and customer traffic flow to maximise sales and satisfaction.
• Execute and evaluate sales promotional activities, ensuring brand visibility and fast product off‑takes.
• Manage selling and customer service operations, coaching staff to sustain performance and profitability.
• Oversee health and safety, security and emergency procedures in line with company policy and legislation.
• Recruit, train, appraise and develop staff, handling HR processes such as discipline and grievance.
• Maintain staff and product hygiene, floor discipline, stock availability and shrinkage control.
• Control old, negative and zero stock, and conduct partial inventories according to schedule.
• Plan staff schedules and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail administration, logistics or related supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and merchandising principles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage HR processes.
