Supervisor - Delivery Solutions

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations, ensuring that products reach customers in the right quantity, on time, and with a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise daily deliveries, coordinating orders, stock availability and vehicle allocation.
- Monitor fuel consumption, verify daily fuel costs and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure delivery vans meet productivity targets and adhere to safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints related to deliveries, identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Promote company products and drive brand sales during delivery interactions.
- Coach, train and mentor pickers, loaders and delivery personnel on processes and new technologies.
- Track team performance, compare actual productivity with targets and approve operational activities.
Required profile
- Bachelors degree or intermediate education.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in delivery, logistics or transport supervision.
