Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

HCA Consulting Group, which provides outsourcing solutions in accounting, digital marketing and supply chain, is hiring a Supply Chain / Operations Analyst. The position is on-site in Phase 8, DHA, Lahore, with a shift from 6 PM to 2 AM, and suits candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain purchase order, shipment and inventory trackers.
• Maintain organized documentation for supplier records, shipment documents and inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate shortages or discrepancies to senior team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouses on shipment schedules and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciliation files, and support the creation of routine inventory, procurement and fulfillment reports.
• Ensure supply chain documentation is properly maintained and filed, following established SOPs and keeping operational data accurate.
• Flag stock risks, overdue orders, data inconsistencies and documentation gaps to senior team members.
• Prepare routine client reports using agreed templates and assist in training and onboarding of new resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and up to 1 year of experience in a supply chain role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and consistently deliver accurate work.
• Extra points for strong ownership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and good time management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of WMS, ERP or inventory systems.
