Supply Chain Logistics Manager

About the role

Aquarius HR is seeking a results‑driven Supply Chain Logistics Manager to lead and optimise last‑mile delivery operations in Pakistan’s cash‑on‑delivery (COD) model. You will own end‑to‑end logistics processes, directly influencing key metrics such as buyout rate, delivery success and overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods.
• Distribute orders, optimise delivery routes and monitor execution in real time.
• Coordinate with in‑house couriers, third‑party logistics providers and confirmation operators.
• Analyse supply‑chain and inventory data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strict operational discipline, adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• React quickly to logistics issues, implement corrective actions and ensure service continuity.
• Oversee vendor management, negotiate rates and replace under‑performing partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in last‑mile logistics, e‑commerce or delivery operations.
• Proven ability to manage both in‑house couriers and third‑party providers.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• High level of ownership, operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Urdu (or a regional language) and conversational English.
• Experience in high‑volume COD environments is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
