Systems Administrator

About the role

The AireSpring Network Systems Administrator designs, configures, and maintains Windows and Linux platforms that power our cloud communications and managed networking services. You will ensure high‑availability, security, and automation across a diverse hardware and hypervisor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Windows Server and multiple Linux distributions.
• Manage Dell, HP, Intel, and SuperMicro hardware, as well as KVM, ESXi, and Hyper‑V hypervisors.
• Implement and support network services such as SD‑WAN, SSH, IPsec, SBCs, QoS, AAA, TACACS, syslog, iPerf, firewalls, SQL, ACLs, and VRFs.
• Automate service delivery and perform hardware/software/OS/application maintenance.
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 compliance activities and create documentation for configurations and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system resources across the enterprise.
• Provide technical support to end users and recommend technology upgrades.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong Linux administration skills (mandatory).
• Proficiency with virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with telecom‑specific applications and integrations.
