About the role

Flowmingo, a Y Combinator‑backed AI interview platform, is expanding its Partner Program and seeks motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s hiring solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
