Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

CodeNinja is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the sourcing and hiring of top IT talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment plans and strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a diverse candidate pool.
• Conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop relationships with universities, professional organisations, and other talent sources to create a sustainable pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven recruitment experience in the IT industry.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
